One-time Payment:

Upon purchasing the plan, days/credits are immediately allocated online.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for unrendered services by asymmetrical.ai. Deductions apply for cash-back, discounts, rewards, or vouchers.

Valid refund requests must be emailed to refunds@asymmetrical.ai within 45 calendar days from the payment date. No refunds will be processed beyond this period. The refund amount depends on the remaining valid credit in the account at the time of the refund request.

Refund Process:

We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days after receiving a valid refund request. For any delay, contact us at support@asymmetrical.ai. We may request validation of key information during the refund process.
